MAC Engineering and Equipment Company, a world renowned manufacturer for the lead acid battery industry, got its start in 1965. With over 50 years of experience from its first machine, a SLI cast-on-strap, MAC has continually strived to look for solutions outside the box by developing new products to fit the changing lead acid battery industry. We have developed the unique ability to offer custom solutions to meet our customers’ production goals, through our ability to listen, consult and recommend options. Our engineers are able to customize machines and our plant staff will build it with the quality the industry has come to expect from MAC. Once built, our knowledgeable field service technicians will support you in getting your equipment running. For example, most recently MAC has completed a line designed to help battery manufacturers contain lead particles. The quality and performance of MAC’s pasters and flash drying ovens have made them one of the world’s most popular choices, with over 4,200 machines supplied in over 50 countries to date.
